What is FCCLA?

FCCLA stands for "Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America" and is an organization for students who have taken or are currently taking a family and consumer science class. These classes include: Foods, Clothing 1 or 2, Sports Sewing, FACS, Child Development, Fashion strategies, Teen living, interior design, as well as a few others your junior high or high school may offer. FCCLA is also very service oriented, and is a national organization, so it's something you can put on your college application and people will recognize it.
